This efficiency and transparency allows us to offer lower commissions that will truly change the industry.  The standard commission rate, which perhaps was a necessity in transacting real estate deals of the past, can now be more reflective of the true cost of inputs, with the availability of information and the division of the entire transaction into specialized functions.  What makes this unique is that it is all done within the moral, ethical, and structural framework of the National Association of Realtors with the accountability and security that the organization represents.

Through our transaction process, we are able to offer a 50% rebate on our commission side, subject to a $3000 mimimum.  To aid the transparency of every aspect of the transaction, we also offer price opinions, appraisals, title, and inspection services for each of the properties that we are involved with.

Satya Realty is a Florida Real Estate Brokerage qualified by Florida Broker Terry Yonker license BK3112679.    Terry has been a successful real estate broker in Punta Gorda since 2005, and therefore launches this business with an established client base and track record in the immediate area.

The company operates on the second floor of a 3,000 sq. foot historic building in downtown Punta Gorda.  Satya Realty seeks to not just continue a profitable business, but to revolutionize and streamline the entire real estate sale and purchase experience from within the current, extremely effective, NAR (National Association of Realtors) controlled model.
