   Our industry is highly fragmented with thousands of agents in Florida alone.  Rather than fight this fragmentation, we welcome these agents and their buyers.  In fact, our buyer inquiries are sent specifically to the best three buyers agents in your neighborhood, regardless of what company they work for, to guide them through to closing.  Thousands of agents from hundreds of offices, all working for you.
   
   
2. Specialization at each step
   We contract with 17 different companies to sell your home!  Each company specializes in being the very best at their one task.  We can't be the best at everything, but we can make sure that the best at each step are put to work for you.
   
   
3. Transparency
   We share our internal work flows as well as market data updated daily with our customers to verify that we are in fact doing what we say we will do.
   
   
4. Commission reduction
   Selling a million dollar home requires virtually the same resources as selling a two hundred thousand dollar home. The huge transaction costs for higher priced homes become difficult for our industry to justify.  So, once we hit a $200,000 sale price we start discounting our commission to you.  At $300,000 and up we drop to a flat 4.5%.  Lets finally put the customer first again :)
